Colossus Mining Partners Limited ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

Your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, location or site, and the details of your request, when you contact us by form, WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and deliveries, issue KRA eTIMS invoices and meet legal obligations. With your consent we may send occasional offers; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Sharing

We share data only with the people needed to fulfil your order (e.g. suppliers, transporters, payment providers, KRA) and with service providers that host our website, email and forms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

We keep records only as long as needed for business and tax purposes (generally up to 5 years for invoices) and protect them with reasonable security measures.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing. Contact info@colossusmining.co.ke or WhatsApp 0181 855 925. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
